Each swimmer can compete in one (1) event. Events are repeated throughout the season to enable swimmers to improve on their times.

Club Nights are run under carnival conditions with Swimming NSW qualified officials and electronic timing equipment. This allows swimmers to register official Swimming NSW times.

It is the swimmer's responsibility to enter the required mix of events if they wish to be considered for Age Champion, Club Champion and Club Night Star awards.
